We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated professional to occupy the position of Key Account Manager, supporting our operations worldwide.

Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned accounts, you will be responsible to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Being the key liaison point between customers and internal teams, you will ensure timely delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. You will maintain a high level of service knowledge and effectively communicate any financial, technical or operational issues to client. You will ensure account of each client is up to date, track key account metrics and develop new business opportunities.

Successful applicants will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Be Europe based, willing to relocate to Malta or Ljubljana
  • Proven account management experience
  • Understanding of business practices in Russia, Africa and Europe
  • Experience in Business Aviation or dealing with High Net Worth Individuals
  • Be very fluent in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of French or/and Russian preferred
  • Proven negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
